Some people argue that to be able to achieve high learning achievement, it needs high intellectual Intelligence [IQ]. The recently research result in psychology reveals that the IQ is not one and the only factor which determines one's learning success. However, there are some other factors that influence the success in learning, one of them is Emotional Intellegence. Emotional intellegence is one's ability to recognize self-emotion, manage self emotion, motivate one-self, recognize another people emotion [emphaty] and the ability to keep relathionship with other people. The ESQ gives influence toward learning achievement that is learning result of learning activity which is done based on the process of measurement and evaluation towards learning result in academic area in the form of numbers in the school report card. A student whose emotional intelligence is high it can improve his learning achievement. Moreover, the ESQ is also able to support the target of Indonesian...ifa.
