Education has a close realtion to the aspects of social, politic, economic, culture, ideology, and global order. The starting point to view the education from the perspective of ecopolitic is understanding its root of problem that is imperialism. From the historical perspective, education in Indonesia is inherited from Dutch colonialists. Therefore, it is defiated from the Indonesian's cultural root. In other words, education has been a globalized social entity. So, the problems in education cannot be separated from the anarchy of global structure. The structural transformation in economy and politic unavoidably effects the education. The economical transformation effects on the structure of labor global market. While, in the Indoensian political context, the autonomy in education has been initiated since the Habibi's administration in 1999. This critical point is considered as the changing of the fase of structural transformation of the state led development to the fase...ifa.
