All mamkind's deeds are controlled under certain regulations based on Islamic teaching. The knowledge of such regulation is called as Fiqh. The regulation is arranged in a certain hierarchy. The first and the highest structure is the source of the regulation, the ones called as al Qur'an ans As Sunah. The second source is the interpretation of Ulama as th effort to understand the meaning between lines of al Qur'an and al Sunnah through ijma', qiyas, maslaha, istihsan, istisgab, 'urf, bara'ah alasliyah. The approaches used to interpret all the lines include textual [lafdhiyat], esoteric [batiniyah], contextual [maknawiyat], or the sinergy between esoteric and contextual approaches. The interpretation result on the specific regulations dealing with all mankind's aspects of life such as al ahkam al i'tiqadiyah which deals with ibadah, shalat, fasting, zakah, and haj, al ahkam al madaniyah which deals with civil laws like tradings and treaties, al ahwal al sakhsiyah which regulates...ifa.
