Library as a source information has a main role for enrichment knowledge and skill of community. The first stage in achieving a good knowledge of information is a skill of reading and writing. The ability of reading and writing id defined as literacy. Literacy involves a continuum of learning in enabling individuals to achieve their golas, to develop their knowledge and potential, and to participate fully in their community and wider society. There are four level of literacy, first performative, second in functional level, third in formational level and the last epistemic level. Library has responsibility for increasing literacy skill its user and the community. Thevarious programs undertake to do this purpose namely, increasing reading habit, conducting book exhibition, reading competition, book review, book guiding, library advertising and user education. A lot of benefits from increasing literacy skill, the first is increasing of critical mind, healthy quality and family...ifa.
