The reformation of education needs the new way of thinking and practice by diagnosing or shifting paradigm completely. It needs systemic paradigm and emphasizes to basic change in other aspect. The shifting of paradigm can be differed in four systems. Firstly, the experience study change; Secondly, the learning system; thirdly, the learning system change; and fourthly, the law system change that guarantees the whole national education system. Reformation of Islamic education should be done to accommodate the change of national education system. There are new vision and change of national education; UU No. 20 year 2005 on National Education System, PP 19 year 2005 on National Education Standard, UU No. 14 year 2005 on teacher and Lecturer, UU No. 19 year 2009 on BHP. Many regulations have claimed all educational institutions to adopt all change and reformation that declared on new regulations.ifa.
