Measurement, assessment and evaluation are three different things and all three terms are hierarchical. To get the result of measurement, assessment and evalution is needed a good test too. Test, as a measure of student competence, should be developed following the preparation procedures for the correct test to test the resulting test criteria are valid and reliable. Test reliability and validity are two important aspects which should not be ignored in the preparation of the test in any subject.
