Some concepts in Islamic education, such as al ta'dib, al ta'lim, al tarbiyah, are still disputed among the experts, which one best represents the concept of Islamic education. The dispute is caused by the fact that they use different sources in defining the concepts. This article tries to clarify that the concepts should not be confronted, as they could be compromised. And at the end, based on the engoing debates the article gives the complete definition of Islamic education.yo.
