Elementary education is the most crucial in education. Curriculum, learning strategy, class management, phisical environment and emotional context are still the significant aspects in it. Then they have to be good fit and meet with student's characteristics and needs. That's why it is important to understand who they are and what they need first. In order to be effective, learning processes have to integrate cognititive, affective, and sensory-motor domain, and able to make learning processes to be enjoyable, e.g. in play or game manner. Phisical condition of classroom should be created and organized in some way in order to make an enjoyful, even creative and imaginative learning. There is should be warm, open, democratic, and appreciative relationship between students and teachers, to foster good emotional context in learning.yo.
