By definition, refprm is an actualization of the basic nature of universal and inclusive Islam. The reform leads to the functionalization of religious doctrines into into the community due to the change of human life. The discourse of reform in Islam is taking its established place on the grounds that the Prophet indicates in His Hadith the happening of change eithin a period of a century despite the dispute over its figure among the ummah. Nevertheless, its needs to be underlined that the essence of reform accentuates more on the process of contextualization of Islam into the reality faces by Muslim which is occasionally different to the previous one. In other words, the essnce of reform refers to the process of dialoguing the spirit of normativity wiyh the historical reality which is in many times changeable in the course of social dynamics. This interactive dialogue will result in amore dynamic interpretation and reform of True" Islam. "
